With state of the art technology facilities and a community focus, this campus was recently the recipient of a Niagara Design Award, with its recent multi million dollar green sustainability additions and expansions. The campus features the Applied Health Institute, Rankin Technology Centre, Green Automotive Lab, and is the home to the Teaching Hair Salon.

Patterson campus in Niagara-on-the-Lake features advanced learning facilities including a Teaching Brewery, Teaching Distillery, Teaching Winery and vineyard, Teaching Greenhouse, and Teaching Spa.
